During the call, we will answer your questions and assess whether you are an ideal client that our process can help.


Complete Onboarding: After our call we will send you an email to complete your New Client Onboarding. Your onboarding requirements are listed below: 

  1. Complete your personal information

  2. Review and sign our Client Agreement

  3. Enter your payment information (credit card or ACH debit accepted)

  4. Sign-up to receive your credit report from the three bureaus, which also includes monthly credit monitoring. It is a $29 per month investment that is well worth it. You MUST keep it active the entire time we are repairing your credit. 

  5. You will enter your login information into your portal, which will allow us to access your credit reports from each bureau.

  6. Take a picture and upload a copy of your DL or ID.

  7. Take a picture and upload proof of address, such as utility bill.


Credit Repair Audit: We will access your credit reports using the login information you enter and create a full-comprehensive analysis of your credit profile. The analysis will include an overview of your positive accounts as well as any inaccurate information, faulty items or accounts that are negatively affecting your credit score.


We will send you a copy of your Credit Report Audit. You must respond: “I received my Credit Analysis. Thank you. Please charge my card/debit my account and proceed with the process.”

Pay Enrollment & Audit Fee: After we receive your response email, we will bill you, using the account you authorized.

1. As a client you will be required to keep the Smart Credit monitoring system that we use active the entire time you are in any of our programs, this is an additional $29 a month. We need to be able to see all 3 reports in detail. This acts as our eyes and ears when communicating with the credit bureaus, as well as updating you. If you let your credit monitoring cancel, and do not update it in a timely manner, you will be canceled as a client.


2. If you are in active bankruptcy, DO NOT SIGN UP for our service.

If your bankruptcy has been dismissed or discharged, you can continue with the enrollment process.

3. If you are currently behind on your bills and cannot pay them on time for the next 6-8 months, please do not sign up for our services. We want you to get the most out of the process as possible and paying your bills late will hurt you regardless of our efforts in other areas.  

4. Credit repair is a team effort, paying your bills on time, building/adding positive credit and paying your credit card balances down is what we expect out of all our clients. If you are not willing to consistently do these things and follow the personal action plan we gave you, please do not sign up for our services. 

*Your enrollment fee will be charged to your card once your new client onboarding is complete. If your onboarding is not complete within 72 hours of your portal being active, we will cancel your enrollment with B'more Fluent Credit Repair.
